Connect AWS Account

Follow these simple steps to complete the setup modal and securely integrate your AWS environment for AI-driven analysis.

1. Basic Configuration Follow below steps

  1. Once you logged in you will navigate to Dashboard.
  2. Go to the integration and click on Connect button to add AWS Datasource.
  3. Enter Account Name (e.g., Production-AWS, Staging-Environment).
  4. Environment: Click the dropdown menu and select the environment type (e.g., Production, Staging, Development).
  5. Enter Access Key and Secret Key (Click on view guide to generate Access key and secret keys)

How to generate keys follow below steps

Step 1: Create the IAM User

  1. Sign in to the AWS Management Console.
  2. Navigate to IAM → Users.
  3. Click Create user.
  4. Enter a username (for example, security-audit-user).
  5. Click Next.

Step 2: Assign Permissions

  1. Select Attach policies directly.
  2. Search for and attach the following AWS managed policies:
  1. Verify that both policies are selected.
  2. Click Next.
  3. Review the configuration.
  4. Click Create user.

Step 3: Create an Access Key

  1. Open the newly created IAM user.
  2. Navigate to the Security credentials tab.
  3. Scroll down to the Access keys section.
  4. Click Create access key.

Step 4: Select the Access Key Use Case

  1. Choose Command Line Interface (CLI) (recommended).
  2. Click Next.

Step 5: Add a Description (Optional)

You can add a description to identify the purpose of the access key.Example:
Click Create access key.

Step 6: Save the Credentials

After the access key is created, AWS displays the following credentials::::warning The Secret Access Key is displayed only once. AWS will not show it again after you leave this page. :::
  1. Click Verify to validate the provided AWS details.
  2. After successful verification, click Connect.
