Below is the guide you should use for your actual configuration.Jira Credentials – ZeroX Setup GuideStep 1: Open JiraOpen your Jira Cloud site:
Jira Cloud
—url “https://xyz.atlassian.net/rest/api/3/myself”
—user “abc@gmail.com:<YOUR_API_TOKEN>”
—header “Accept: application/json” If the credentials are correct, Jira should return information about the authenticated Atlassian user. Atlassian officially documents this email + API-token authentication method for Jira Cloud REST APIs.Step 9: Verify the Jira ProjectYou can also test whether the authenticated user can access the ZRX project: curl —request GET
—url “https://xyz.atlassian.net/rest/api/3/project/ZRX”
—user “abc@gmail.com:<YOUR_API_TOKEN>”
—header “Accept: application/json” If successful, Jira should return information about the ZRX project. If you receive a 401, check the email/API token. If you receive a 403, check the user’s Jira permissions. If you receive a 404, check whether the project key is correct and whether the user has access to the project.Final Information Required for ZeroX The user needs to provide: Jira Host URL: https://xyz.atlassian.netJira Email: <Atlassian account email>Jira API Token:<New API Token>Jira Project Key: ZRX Important For your current ZeroX configuration, you do not need: Client ID Client Secret Callback URL OAuth 2.0 Authorization Code Those are for the OAuth 2.0 (3LO) approach. Your current configuration uses: Jira Email
